New Orleans "Yardi Gras" Series, 2021-2022

 

I began this series during Carnival season of 2021 , in the light of the creation of "Yardi Grass" in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In January of 2023, I travelled to New Orleans to research this new trend. Expect more paintings to come later this year! Each painting is handmade and one of a kind (no prints!).
